Our goal is always to present the first matching freelancer profiles within 48 hours. An extensive and well-maintained profile database as well as an experienced handling of business networks, social networks and specialist networks make this fast result possible.

To ensure maximum effectiveness and quality, we separate client and freelancer contact and have specialized supervisors working closely together for both parties.

Preselection

Based on the jointly created search profile, we make a pre-selection of the freelancers & interim managers we approach and introduce you to the most promising ones.

Get to know

As soon as you signal your interest in a freelancer / interim manager, we will organize a meeting. This can take place by phone, video or in person.

In addition, we accompany the interview in a moderating role to support both parties and lead to a quick consensus.
