Since February 2021, Birte provides even more women's power to the recruitment team. Her general passion for HR was already awakened while working for her former employer. There, she also worked in recruitment for a project service provider and was active in the area of feelancing. She sees every position that needs to be filled as a new challenge to find the "perfect match" - on both the company and candidate side. With her positive attitude, her knowledge of human nature and her enthusiasm for her work, she brings valuable prerequisites for the work in recruitment.
