Maja loves people - of all eras and countries and therefore decided to work as a freelance lecturer in adult education in a very international environment after her studies in ancient studies and linguistics. After her studies, she also trained as a coach for intercultural competences. Even greater than her fascination with all aspects of being human - from settlement structures in the desert sand, patterns in ancient but also newer languages and dynamics in groups to individual personalities in all their complexity - is her urge to always learn something new and to develop further. For her, standing still is not a state! She likes to move in a fast-changing environment with its finger on the pulse of time, in which she feels in good human hands and is also allowed to act in a human way. And that's exactly what she can combine very well here at the interim Group in recruiting, because here the people are in the foreground and not the numbers!
