In the kick-off meeting, our recruiter discusses the details of the recruiting project with you. You discuss the project goals and milestones, define the optimal time intervals in which you want to be informed about the progress of the project, and of course specify the employee profile in relation to hard skills and, above all the soft skills, so that the employee fits in the company not only professionally but also on a personal level.
Active sourcing and passive channel optimization
Based on the created profile, our interim recruiter then actively searches for the right employee(s). With the help of intelligent search chains, he/she searches through business networks such as XING and LinkedIn as well as social networks, forums, applicant databases and much more. In addition to active search for the right employee, we also optimize your passive recruiting channels, job advertisements, job ads on the website etc., and create suitable content for these channels in the form of Video job advertisement for example.
Active approach to potential employees
Our interim recruiter designs individual speeches for the potential employees and evaluates the application documents. After this first pre-selection, the interim recruiter will conduct telephone interviews to get a clear picture of the applicants before they are invited by you to the job interview.
Process support during job interviews
Apart from the appointment making with the applicant for the interview, we will gladly assist you in the preparation and follow-up discussions, including on site upon request. We also take care of the rejection of the applicants who did not make it further in the process behind the scenes.
The position is filled
The right candidate is found! But there is still a lot to do. And we will help! We ensure optimal communication of all details of the employment contract and support you with your own on-boarding, or develop these processes, if they are not yet available.
At the end of the project the interim recruiter hands over to you everything that happened during the project. We don’t keep any of our work for us. This includes the entire applicant database, all the search chains we used, all interview protocols, really everything that will help you in your further recruiting. You can recruit as many new employees as you like from our applicant databases and share the knowledge from the project log with all your employees and colleagues!
