This is how iContracting works
During the analysis of the needs your account manager defines the details of the occupation process together with with you. The required hard– and soft skills of the freelancers / interim managers besprochen und festgehalten. shall be discussed and agreed upon. Based on that the budged, position, project duration as well as the occupied days shall be defined.
Our task is to always present you with the first matching freelancer profiles within 12-24 hours. An abundant, well-managed profile database as well as an active interaction with business, social and industry-specific networks makes this possible. To achieve maximum efficiency and quality we divide the contact with customers and freelancers and have specialized consultants for both sides, working closely together.
Based on the overall created search profiles we select the initial list of contacted freelancers and interim managers and then present you the promising candidates.
Meeting the candidates
As soon as you indicate interest in a freelancer / interim manager, we shall organize a meeting with them. This can be done on the telephone, with video or face to face. We will be accompanying the interviews as moderators to support both parties and to lead to a fast consensus.
Project start and consultation
Once a freelancer is convincing, nothing stands in the way of the project start to the desired time. We are the partner by your side for all the questions during the entire project.
